FOH Crew Member

Reporting To: General Manager

 About the Role

This position contributes to Sticky’s success by providing exceptional service to all guests. Crew members are often the first impression of our restaurant and the main point of contact for our guests. Crew Members create the Sticky’s Experience for our guests by providing prompt service, quality food and beverages products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes customers with a great first impression by promptly greeting and creating meaningful connections with each and every guest, in store or over the phone.
  • Answers any questions customers may have about Sticky’s menu offerings, ingredients, poritions, and allergy information in a professional manner
  • Takes and prepares customer orders while providing them educated guidance and recommendations.
  • Carefully prepares in-store, delivery, and catering orders;Ensures all customers receive quality food and beverage products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Proficient use of the POS system and follows all cash management policies.
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and store maintenance at all times.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and maintaining the exterior and interior of the restaurant, to ensure optimal efficiency and a welcoming environment.

 

Qualifications

  • No experience required, but previous food handling or customer service experience appreciated.
  • An energetic and positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Proactive attention to detail that motivates double-checking orders and solving problems as they arise.
  • Excellent ability to follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality food to our customers.
  • Ability to work smoothly with a team, synchronizes processes with others to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
  • Must be punctual and have strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

 

 

BOH Crew Member

 About the Role

This position is essential to Sticky’s Finger Joint, ensuring our food offerings are always fresh and consistent.  BOH crew members create the Sticky’s food experience for our guests by providing a constant supply of fresh, quality food and maintaining a clean and comfortable kitchen environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers ensuring customers receive fresh meals and minimizing food waste.
  • Assists the front of house crew with delivering exceptional customer service to all guests by being helpful when guests have special requests, allergies, and/or dietary restrictions.
  • Completes prep including but not limited to chicken, vegetables, and sauces.
  • Checks, stocks, and stores vendor orders, raw goods, and prepared products in their designated store areas.
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and store maintenance at all times.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and maintaining the exterior and interior of the restaurant, to ensure optimal efficiency and a welcoming environment.

 

Qualifications

  • No experience required, but previous food handling and cooking experience is appreciated.
