Sticky's gourmet chicken fingers coming to Bridgewater, Union under Edison native
Jon Sherman, an Edison native, loved chicken fingers.
But as a New York City resident working in finance in Connecticut, he noticed that there were not any restaurants nearby where diners could get a high-quality version of the comfort food. So, he decided to open one.
“We started Sticky’s out of a love of chicken fingers and a belief that there wasn’t a really great chicken finger place in NYC,” the founder and CEO said. “This is a universally-loved food, so we thought there was an opportunity.”
